  1. Spicy-Sweet Beef Ribs and Beans
Ingredients:
  • 1 5oz Mango Chile, Mango Habanero, Tomato Jam, Pineapple Jam Raspberry or Hottest F'N Jam
  • 2 (16-oz) cans pinto beans, drained
  • 4pounds country-style beef ribs, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bottle Jakes mild or medium BBQ sauce
Preparation:
  1. Place beans in 5-quart electric slow cookers, set aside.
  2. Cut the ribs apart; sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Place ribs on a broiling pan.
  4. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat, 18 to 20 minutes or until browned, turning once.
  5. Add ribs to slow cooker and sprinkle with onion.
  6. Combine pepper jam, barbecue sauce, a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until jam melts.
  7. Pour over ribs, stir gently.
  8. Cover and cook on HIGH 5 to 6 hours or on LOW 9 to 10 hours.
  9. Remove ribs. Drain bean mixture, reserving sauce.
  10. Skim fat from sauce.
  11. Arrange ribs over beans mixture, serve with sauce.
  1. Spicy Party Meatballs
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 oz) jar of cocktail sauce
  • 1 (5 oz) jar of Mango Pepper Jam
  • 1/2 small sweet onion, minced
  • 1/2 (3lb) package of frozen-cooked meatballs
Preparation:
  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a over medium heat, stirring until jam melts and mixture is smooth.
  2. Stir in meatballs.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated
  1. Pepper Jack Cheeseburger and Bacon
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 oz) Hamburger Meat
  • 4 (tbsp) of Mango Pepper, tomato, blackberry or any Habanero Jam of your choice
  • 8 strips of applewood smoked bacon
  • 4 (slices) pepper jack cheese
  • 4 sesamee seed buns
  • red leaf lettuce
Preparation:
  1. Roll meat into balls and smash into patties (season with salt and pepper if you like)
  2. Cook Hamburger patties. Cook Bacon on George Foreman
  3. Warm Buns in oven for 3 min at 350 when warm pull out buns spread jam and letucce on buns
  4. place cheese and bacon on patties until melted and place on bun
  5. Use potato chips along with your burger
