100% Satisfaction means?
There is no risk when you shop with us. You can shop with confidence and know that your personal information is
protected.
All of our non-perishable products online are backed with our 100% no-hassle, satisfaction guarantee. After receiving your
items, you have 21 days to make a return. Within those 21 days, if you decide to return, please just send us a email and
return the unused portion to us. We will refund your purchase price for the item and the related shipping cost or exchange it
with an equivalent item (your choice).
Fresh and roasted chile can be accepted or denied at time of pick-up or delivery only! Once accepted there are no refunds
or exchanges.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and bank drafts through the famous google checkout system.
(Google is the world's most popular and secure online payment service. When you use Google your billing address and
credit card information are not shared with the merchants you pay. A charge will show on your bill from Chile Boys. We also
accept paypal.
You can also pay by personal check, cashier's check, or money order. If you'd like to pay with one of these transmittals, please
proceed through the cart checkout and then print your page and mail to: 3400 S main St. Suite B3 Santa Ana, Ca 92707. We hold
personal checks until they clear - usually three business days.
Do you accept personal checks?
Yes all checks will be held for bank clearance before product is shipped

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for pretty much any reason at any time, but we only accept those returns we have been notified to expect.
Fresh and Roasted chile cannot be denied at time of pick-up or delivery! Once shipped or accepted there are no refunds or

When will my order ship?
90% of orders ship within one business day: Order by 10am Mountain time and it will ship the same day!
Do you ship overseas?

How do I track my order?
We will email you a Status Update message when your order ships. This message will contain a link to your Order
Confirmation page, which contains a tracking link to USPS.
